MINDED ENTREPRENEURSHIP ACADEMY
What about? Experience-based programme with an innovative curriculum structure, which is based on community of students, teachers, practitioners, trainers, mentors, alumni. There we provide our students with tools and spaces, where their projects and ideas become real. The academy includes such study modules as – “Experience design”; “Idea design”, “Impact design” and “Smart Practice”.
What is the purpose?
The goal of the “EQ thinking model” based programme is to impart students with the principles of the experience-based learning while dealing with real world challenges. Then, encourage students to leave their comfort zone and enter the world of challenges bravely, therefore, becoming the changemaker everywhere, anytime. Another goal is to inspire participants to create a positive change in their environment in order to invest their energy in things that are really important

MINDED EXPERIENCE ACADEMY
What about? “Experience Academy” is like the experienced-based curriculum, it works as the analogue of “Entrepreneurship Academy” for pupils. This programme distinguishes by its innovative and unique learning structure, it incorporates the human factor, that is pupil ‘s community, teachers, practitioners, trainers, mentors, alumni club. The programme is also based on an amplitude of the tools used for creativity stimulation. During the project, pupils are encouraged to generate, experiment on, implement various social ideas and initiatives.
What is the purpose? It is to help a young person living in a school environment to take the first steps into a full-fledged entrepreneurial world, encouraged to make mistakes, to leave the comfort zone, to look for the answers and to see personal mistakes as growing challenges. Transform young people ‘s attitude, show that their opinion matters, that they have the power to make changes and bring the impact on the environment around.
How Long? 1 – 3 months.

MINDED STARTUP ACADEMY
“Startup Academy” is a uniquely developed program for a young person who wants to test himself in starting a start-up business that would improve the world around us or solve a problem relevant to a certain audience. This academy allows participants start from searching for an idea and end by refining and implementing it! The assembled start-up team is accompanied by an experienced mentor throughout the all process. Moreover, field experts help startup teams to develop their product or service faster. For sure, a path of obstacles and challenges is inevitable, but the efforts made are appreciated.
This program is implemented in cooperation with the “Junior Achievement Start Up program”, so at the end of the academy the best performing teams present their new born businesses conceptions in the national competition. As well, if they are successful locally, they will have an honor to represent Lithuania in the international competition.
Our success story is the Dogs Go Out team, which won the first place in Lithuania and represented the country in the 2020 European competition.
At this moment “Startup Academy” is the part of “Entrepreneural Academy”, so it starts as second semester in every autumn and spring. If you are interested or would like to hear more, please feel free to

- The unique LEGO methodology is based on free communication, mutual respect and active listening. It enables all team members to share their insights and ideas equally, thus creating an interactive 3D image that is clear and great for everyone. Creating strategies through this play session enables your team to discover new business improvement opportunities.
ECOC-SME INTERREG EUROPE
ECOC-SME: ACTIONS FOR INDUCING SME GROWTH AND INNOVATION VIA THE ECOC EVENT AND LEGACY
The ECoC-SME project recognizes the European Capital of Culture (ECoC) Programme as a yet under-utilised opportunity for cities and regions to develop existing and prospective local small and medium enterprises (SMEs) via their early engagement in the event. The project focusses on the mega-event’s potentials to trigger, strengthen and diversify local entrepreneurship by encouraging their creative, ‘unconventionally’ cross-sectoral cooperations, clustering and networking, as well as their internationalisation.

The ECoC-SME will improve five Policy Instruments in the regions of the Partnership to promote a lasting positive impact of the European Capital of Culture on socioeconomic development. This is to be achieved by strengthening entrepreneurship and creative industries, creating jobs, supporting smart and sustainable growth. Through intensive and broad engagement of regional Stakeholder Groups, various types of local actors (municipalities, regional development agencies, chambers of commerce, universities, small businesses, ECoC management centers, etc.) will enhance their professional capacities by participating in the project’s Local Learning Labs, as well as create long-term co-operation networks.
Creative Lab is a unique project aimed at developing student entrepreneurship and creativity competences in higher education institutions in North Central and Southern Lithuania. Partners of this project were Aleksandras Stulginskis University, Marijampole College, Šiauliai State College, VMU Centre for Enterprise Practises.
Creativity Lab – a project for development entrepreneurship competences of the youth, which uses international methodologies and analyzes real city, business and personal challenges. From 2017 the project is being implemented in Tauragė city. Pupils of this city are invited to contribute to the development of the city’s image by developing a sustainable entrepreneurship education model.
Partners 4 Value is a project of smart practitioners. Its goal is to improve quality of higher education, to ensure high-quality and efficient preparation of students for successful integration into the labor market, to improve their professional and personal capabilities, and to expand the social network.
DOERS Experience Academy is a project for 9-12 grade Kaunas city and district pupils. Its aim is to help young people get to know themselves, plan their lives and careers, and develop their social and entrepreneurial skills.
Entrepreneurship Academy – the volume of credit, 33 ECTS (which can be attended by any graduate students) is a training program that is based on active advisory methods, and helps to develop entrepreneurial qualities and competences that enable the student to develop their own businesses or succeed at their career.
